Hello and Welcome.
My name is Charles Heller and I am a Residential Real Estate Broker and the Managing Broker for Charles Heller & Company. I have lived in the Greater Los Angeles Area for over 25 years, including Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Sherman Oaks and Valencia, and am currently residing in Brentwood, where I have lived since 2003.
At 465 square miles and with a population closing in on four million people, Los Angeles is California’s largest city, not including the various towns and cities in and around Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Inglewood, Glendale, Pasadena, West Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Clarita or the coastal communities in the South Bay. Having lived here for as long as I have has given me the opportunity and the advantage to become very familiar with the area and its wide variety of neighborhoods and communities.
It’s no wonder so many people live here! Great weather, beaches, deserts and mountains, suburban and urban living, iconic landmarks, amusement parks, the Hollywood Bowl, Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Music Center, Staples Center, Old Town Pasadena, the Third Street Promenade, Universal City Walk, The Grove, and Westwood Village – the list goes on and on. We live in a special part of the world. Having a Real Estate Broker with an intimate knowledge and appreciation for this extraordinary and unique region is helpful.
But even more important is having a hard working Real Estate Broker with high standards of principled conduct, someone who believes in always being open and honest, who works in accordance with the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, and who is never anything less than candid and sincere.

If I’d be out to buy a home, I’d want someone who will put my interests first; who places my needs and desires over his or hers’; who is willing to spend as much time as I need to find the home that’s just right for me; who will give me sound, objective advice and opinions, and who will make sure my interests are protected.
If I’d be out to sell a home, I want someone who will give me an accurate appraisal of my home’s actual value; who will be upfront with me and make solid suggestions on what I can do to expedite the sale of my home; who will take the time and spend the energy necessary to move my property, and who will make sure I get the best price possible for my home.
